Can you organise a unique experience just for our group?
Most certainly. Name your interests and we will work with you to build a tour around it.

What’s the minimum number for a group booking?
We prefer to host groups of 10 or more.

Do you pick us up and do the whole tour?
With enough notice we can engage a bus company for your tour; however, in the main we create and facilitate the Western Downs portion of your existing tour.

What’s the nearest airport to Dalby?
The Wellcamp Airport (http://www.wellcamp.com.au) is just over half an hour away, with connections to Brisbane, Sydney and all major airports

How far are you from Brisbane?
It’s just a 2 ½ hour trip by road.

Is a day trip possible?
It would be a long day! We recommend at least a night for a memorable outback experience. Minimum 2 nights is preferable, 4 nights is perfect.

Do you require a deposit?
We need confirmation 4 weeks out and a non-refundable deposit of ⅓ of the total tour cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 4 weeks in advance.Credit card details are required to secure the booking.

Where do we stay?
At the very comfortable Country Pathfinder Motor Inn in Dalby (www.countrypathfinder.com.au) with overflow at a nearby motel if required.
